2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Account Registration
Users must create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Use of the Platform
Clients may post projects or job requests and hire freelancers for services.
Freelancers may submit proposals for projects and complete tasks as agreed.
Users agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, or the dissemination of harmful content.

5. No Sharing of Personal Information
Users are prohibited from sharing personal contact information, including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, external links, or social media accounts.
Any attempt to bypass the platform for communication or transactions will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Financial Transactions
All payments must be conducted through the platform’s secure escrow system.
Any direct financial transactions conducted outside the platform are strictly prohibited and done at the user’s own risk.
Users engaging in unauthorized transactions will have their accounts banned automatically.

7. Escrow Payment System
Clients deposit funds into the escrow system when hiring a freelancer.
Payment is released to the freelancer only upon client approval of the completed work.
Disputes regarding payment will be handled according to our Dispute Resolution Policy (see Section 10).

8. Fees and Payments
ArchiDailyJobs charges a service fee for using the platform.
Fees are disclosed before initiating transactions.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and ArchiDailyJobs is not responsible for payment issues arising from these providers.

9. User Responsibilities
Clients: Provide clear and complete project requirements. Approve or request revisions in a timely manner.
Freelancers: Deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines. Communicate effectively with clients.

10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a client and a freelancer, both parties are encouraged to resolve the issue amicably.
If no resolution is reached, ArchiDailyJobs will mediate and make a final decision based on provided evidence.
ArchiDailyJobs’ decision in dispute cases is final and binding.

11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for work delivered remain with the freelancer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients receive a license to use the work for its intended purpose upon payment completion.

12. Termination of Account
ArchiDailyJobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Users engaging in direct financial transactions or sharing personal information will have their accounts banned immediately.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.

13. Limitation of Liability
ArchiDailyJobs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
Users agree to hold ArchiDailyJobs harmless from claims arising out of disputes between clients and freelancers.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
ArchiDailyJobs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
