ArchiDailyJobs Refund Policy


At ArchiDailyJobs, we prioritize transparency, security, and fairness in all transactions between clients and freelancers. To ensure trust and protection for both parties, we implement an escrow payment system alongside a structured refund policy in case of disputes.


1. Escrow Payment Protection

- All payments made by clients are held securely in an escrow account until the freelancer completes the work and the client approves it.

- Funds are only released to the freelancer once the client confirms satisfactory completion of the job.


2. Payment Release Process

- After the freelancer submits the completed work, the client has a 3-day window to either:

Approve the work (triggering payment release to the freelancer).

File a dispute (if the work does not meet agreed terms).

- If no action is taken within 3 days, the system will automatically approve the payment, and funds will be released to the freelancer.


3. Refund Policy in Case of Dispute

- If a dispute is raised, ArchiDailyJobs  will mediate between both parties to reach a resolution.

- If a refund is deemed necessary, the client will receive their money back within 3 working days after the dispute is resolved.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.


 4. Dispute Resolution Process

- Both parties must provide evidence (e.g., project requirements, communication logs, deliverables).

- Our support team will review the case and make a fair decision within 5 working days.

- Once resolved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 working days.


5. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Cases

- No refunds will be issued if the freelancer has delivered work as per the agreed terms, and the client fails to respond within the 3-day approval window.

- Any additional revisions or work outside the original agreement must be negotiated separately.


By using ArchiDailyJobs, clients and freelancers agree to this refund and payment policy, ensuring a secure and efficient working relationship.
